MOOD FOOD AND WHY WE NEED PLENTY OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLESTO LOWER THE RISK OF DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY

In my book, “Church on a Death Ship” I talk about being caught in confinement and quarantine on the ship in 2020. How passengers were no longer adequately nourished with a nutrient diet of fruit and vegetables. How gluten and lactose free passengers suffered severely due to the consequences of the ships poor diet. I referred to it as “pigs’ stuff”, both in the book and during my television interview in March 2020.
We were caught in pigs’ pens and had to endure the embarrassment and health risks due to the ship’s disgraceful changes in our diets. They lied about there being no fresh fruit and vegetables onboard, and this took its toll on the passengers’ mood and health.
Good nutrients, fresh fruit and vegetables make an enormous difference to our well-being. Those beautiful colours alone, the oranges, greens, yellows and the shapes of our food are fabulous! Experts have found that young people need to eat plenty of fruit and vegetables to lower their risk of depression. Macquarie University researchers investigated the link between diet and depressive symptoms in people aged 15-45. If they suffered, just imagine what suffering the over-65 age bracket would indicate.
Recent studies have linked folate deficiencies in particular to depression. A positive discovery is that leafy green vegetables, legumes, beans as well as citrus fruits, contain plenty of folate. Folate is important for the production of serotonin, dopamine, and epinephrine, which all play a critical role in mood regulation.
Just imagine what the ships diet did to the passengers on the Costs Victoria, the ship I was a passenger on, when they declared tinned fruit and vegetables, and frozen vegetables to be the norm. We were given fried protein, with no choices for those on special needs diets. We had no fresh air, and no outdoor exercise on the ships deck. A depressive Blast!
Mood food is there to keep both males and females energetic, positive and healthy. Why is it that men of any age do not listen to their male “Internal” engine? They seemingly ignore the faulty situation and often call for help when it is too late.
Women fix their health, like they fix most things, with a conversation with family or friends. As a result, they achieve better end solutions.
The aftermath of the 2020 experience is that unfortunate overseas passengers, who were caught on ships, have been starting to have organ failures. This proves that enduring an unnatural diet causes health issues along the way.
I myself was rushed to intensive care recently. The lead up to this was a pancreatic pain leading onto a kidney infection and other issues. I spent my five-day Queensland holiday in a hospital! Not impressed!
I have to comment that there is a concern that the medical issue might have been caused by the Jab some seven days before. From what I hear, multiple friends have had a similar response; they have all recovered to a degree.
On top of that, the passengers who did catch the covid-19 coronavirus had and have continuing health issues.
Have you had the jab? Are you attending to your health requirements, searching for answers and not being put off by medical clinics who will not see their usual patients? This is happening because the clinics are trying to vaccinate our population as fast as possible. There is nothing wrong with this, but we need our nation’s sick to be attended.
How would you rate your Mood Food intake during the 2020 coronavirus period? Were you able to take care of yourself with the correct nutrients?
Most of us did try, but then, of course, came the stay-at-home deal of lounging around and taking in more processed foods than usual. This in turn affects your mood, leading to more sitting or sleeping instead of getting outdoors to run, walk or swim, which is powerful to one’s health.
Try pineapple and orange juice, it is a real mood booster! I recently noticed a combination of this in one juice, I had not seen it before.
